SNOW REMOVAL

Will be performed when snow accumulation reaches 2 inches or more on roadways, parking spaces, sidewalks, entry walks, courtyards and stair areas.

TRASH REMOVAL

• Pick up for Trash is performed twice a week on Monday and Thursday
• Recycling is performed on Monday

INSURANCE

Penns Wood Condominium provides insurance for Building Coverage, General Liability and Directors and Officers.  Each homeowner should acquire a HO6 policy for their unit with $25,000 of building coverage.  Any questions concerning insurance please contact the Management Company.
